HOW DOES IT FEEL?

How does it feel

everyday?

When you are alone,

all confidence away?

You just feel trapped

somewhere in the dark?

With no one to turn to,

your future looks stark?

When the bullying starts, tell me,

what do you do?

Do you bow your head?

And wish it wasn't you?

Or if you are hit

or pushed in the line?

Do you smile at your teacher?

Pretend everything is fine?

You never cry

under their glare?

Back at home you let it out,

no one can hear you there?

Do their words hurt you?

As sharp as a knife?

Their jeers and taunts

taking over your life?

Are you constantly wondering

what you did wrong?

That you can't fit in,

you'll never belong?

So how do you feel

Today?

You know this is a price

you don't have to pay?

You can stand up to the bullies,

have a say, have a voice.

Be who you really are.

It's your choice.
